I have nothing against religions. Used in the right way (which they unfortunately rarely are) they can be a means to discovering the exact same thing that this whole site is about; that we are in fact souls/spirits having a physical experience here on earth. My site is a journey of discovery. Please read my first blog post to discover when and how this journey began for me.

The name of this site, “Souls in reality”, has double meanings and is on the one hand referring to my experience that souls are what we actually (in reality) are, and on the other hand to the experience that we are souls navigating here on earth in what we as humans conventionally call “reality”.

The particular avatar that my soul chose this time is called Helena and is a 45 years old mother of 1.
